Police are searching for a driver and three passengers who they say fled the scene of a crash in Brisbane last night.

The incident unfolded about 10.15pm after a white Mazda 3 crashed into the rear of a silver Toyota Kluger, which was travelling north on the Pacific Motorway towards the Margaret Street off ramp exit in Brisbane.

The Mazda flipped and landed on its roof following impact.

Police said the driver along with three passengers who were inside the Mazda left the scene.

The driver and sole occupant of the Toyota suffered minor injuries and declined an ambulance.

Police said the Mazda was reported stolen from an Archibald Street property in the West End on February 4.

Investigators are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or may have CCTV or dashcam vision of the area around the time of the incident to come forward.
