London: The former townhouse of Ghislaine Maxwell is once again on the market. This is the same residence where Prince Andrew was photographed with an underage accuser of Jeffrey Epstein in 2001.
Maxwell sold the property in 2021 for approximately $2.1 million to assist in covering her legal expenses during her trial for sex trafficking. She was subsequently convicted for her involvement in Epstein’s criminal activities.

Currently, the three-bedroom residence is listed for around $3.96 million. The listing highlights a newly renovated kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a terrace accessible from the master bedroom.
Situated on a quaint street in Belgravia, the property is in proximity to renowned establishments such as Harvey Nichols and Harrods. While the exterior may appear unassuming, the interior is characterized as charming and recently refurbished.
Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s accusers, alleged that she encountered Andrew at a nightclub and was later compelled to engage in sexual acts within Maxwell’s home. The prince has consistently denied any allegations of misconduct.
Following the scandal, he withdrew from royal responsibilities and reached a settlement with Giuffre in 2022, agreeing to make a donation to her charity supporting crime victims.
Maxwell, a UK native, is currently incarcerated in a federal prison in Tallahassee for her role in Epstein’s trafficking network, with an expected release date in 2037.
Another of her properties, a mansion located in Massachusetts, was listed for $7.3 million last year following her conviction.
Recently, Maxwell’s appeal was denied, with the court determining that there were no errors in the handling of her case. Epstein, on the other hand, passed away in custody in 2019 while awaiting trial.
