At about 11.54pm on Tuesday, May 7, police were called to a home on Port Royal Drive, Safety Bay, after a man was seriously injured.
They found the man with an injury “consistent with a stab wound”.
He was taken to hospital, where he died a short time later.
A 46-year-old Rockingham man has since been charged with murder.
He will appear in court today.
