Leaked messages show Justin Baldoni reassuring Blake Lively about her post-pregnancy body amid accusations of fat-shaming.
The text exchanges from Baldoni have raised claims that he fat-shamed Lively during his ongoing legal battles with her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Reports suggest that Reynolds has accused Baldoni of various offenses against Lively, including asking her trainer about her weight after the birth of their fourth child.

In her legal complaint, Lively asserts that Baldoni introduced her to a wellness coach who turned out to be a weight-loss expert, which she described as another form of subtle fat-shaming.
Baldoni, recognized for his role as Ryle in *It Ends With Us*, did connect Lively with his health coach, but the messages suggest that the goal was to help her improve her gut health after several rounds of antibiotics.
The texts also show Baldoni comforting Lively, assuring her that she would look “amazing” in “body scenes” after she mentioned wanting to delay them in the filming schedule.
In a playful exchange, Lively joked about her own body, noting that she still had 20 pounds to lose after Baldoni commented on her feeling relieved.
As the legal situation progresses, Baldoni’s team has set up a website detailing his communications with Lively and Reynolds.

His legal team has provided a timeline from 2019 to 2024, which includes 168 pages of messages and emails, as *MailOnline* investigates the allegations concerning Lively’s body.
Baldoni had previously reacted unfavorably to a message in which Lively expressed her desire to lose weight before filming began after the arrival of her fourth child.
The exchanges between them reveal a friendly relationship, with Lively thanking him for his “support” and “friendship.”
Baldoni later expressed concern for her well-being, joking that she must have felt “1,000 pounds.”
Baldoni mentioned that he couldn’t change the schedule at that time, but he reassured her, saying, “I want you to know that you will look fantastic. We can talk about any insecurities you might have, and together we’ll come up with creative solutions to help you feel comfortable.”

He added, “I really don’t want you to stress about your body. That’s the last thing you need right now.”
Blake explained that she views her roles like “athletic events” and expressed her need for time to lose some weight.
She said, “I need as much time as I can get since I just had my fourth child.”
Blake recognized that it’s hard for others to fully understand the complexities of her current challenges unless they’ve gone through a similar physical journey. She highlighted the significance of understanding and support during this time, expressing her appreciation for it.
She stated, “This support means so much, not just for what I’m going through now but also for healing from past experiences. Thank you.”
Blake wrapped up with excitement, saying, “We’re going to do great and be in such amazing shape that they’ll have to ask us to tone it down.”
