Aussie teen comes up with a genius business idea that’s helping him save money for a car and university
A Melbourne teen has come up with a genius business idea that’s helping him make $40 per hour.
Ben Adler, 13, from the suburb of Brighton, started a business painting house numbers on the kerb.
Ben charges $20 for each paint job and said it helps emergency services, food delivery drivers and anyone trying to find a house number at night.
‘I’ve always wanted to have my own business because my parents both do and a lot of my family members do,’ Ben told 7NEWS.
‘Doing this at a young age means I’ll be able to save money for university and a car.’
Customer Jim Magee, said the teen had done an incredible job and was ‘a pleasure to do business with’.
‘He turned up on time, polite courteous, absolute perfectionist in his work. A pleasure to do business with,’ Magee said.
