A controversial mummy blogger and self-confessed ‘Queen’ has appeared in court supported by her husband months after she revealed they were living part.
Constance Hall took to the stand in Perth‘s District Court last week over her now-defunct website launched shortly after a social media post about parental sex made her household name six years ago.
The mum-of-seven, 38, is involved in an ongoing civil court case where she’s accused by the website creators of her blog of breaching the terms of their agreement and depriving them of $105,000 in potential earnings.
The court heard that Ms Hall was required to produce regular new content for her website for Superminimal owners Annabel and Jody Olward to maximise ad revenue.
The pair alleged Ms Hall failed to create a minimum three blog articles per week for her now-defunct site, Queens of Constance, The West Australian reported.

Ms Hall’s lawyer denied she had to produce a set number of articles for the site and that the contract didn’t include specifics on quantity or frequency.
The business relationship between the trio started shortly after Ms Hall went viral in 2016 before the trio part ways in early-2017.
The trial continues.
Ms Hall was pictured leaving Perth District Court last week hand-in-hand with husband Denim Cooke as the couple prepare to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary next month.
The mummy blogger is no stranger to controversy.
Earlier this year, Ms Hall candidly opened up on Instagram about the rocky state of her marriage after innumerable Covid lockdowns and a husband recovering from serious trauma.
Mr Cooke almost died when he was involved in a horrific motorbike crash two years ago.
His wife recalled he was ‘becoming a shell of a man’ and that the pair were living apart.

‘He just completely checked out of life after the accident,” Ms Hall said.
‘I spoke to the doctors, and they said Denim doesn’t have motivation anymore. The frontal lobe damage has taken any of that away that he might have had before.
‘His psychiatrist said really recently, and it was really clever, “He loves you. He loves his family. He needs to work for you rather than just getting you and all the things you do and provide… and that’s not gonna happen unless he’s removed from the family home.’
She added the pair were stronger without living together.
Mr Cooke appeared in a rare photo on her Instagram account last month about being reunited with one of her children for the first time in almost a year.
‘Happiest family,’ Ms Hall captioned the photo.
She announced on Facebook she was in a relationship Mr Cooke in April 2017, less than three weeks after she announced her split from her husband of six years Bill Mahon.
The couple married nine months later and will soon celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary.
Hall, who has four children from her previous marriage, later welcomed her fifth with Mr Cooke and is a stepmother to his two children.

Ms Hall has never been shy about airing the couple’s relationship woes on social media.
In 2019, Ms Hall admitted her marriage had ‘suffered’ as she struggled to make ends financially following her appearance on Dancing With the Stars.
‘Amongst all of this my relationship with Denz really suffered,’ she wrote.
‘Everyone was noticing that I wasn’t posting as much about us because I didn’t know what to say. I didn’t know what was going on.’

She posted his lack of initiative takes the good out of any chores he does end up helping her with.
‘It’s literally easier to chuck a load of washing in than it is to ask someone to do it every single time,’ she said.

Ms Hall also previously live-streamed a therapy session with her husband to sort through ‘the problems in our marriage after slamming him for ‘going off into his man cave’ when they have an argument’.

‘I’m not trying to p*** off the white Australian man, but I don’t care if I do,’ Ms Hall told 60 Minutes in 2019.
‘I really think women should rule the world and we should be the bosses of everything, and it should be a matriarchal country.’
Ms Hall recently opened up about her endless attempts to quit vaping after trying and failing at least 30 times this year.
‘I am on day six of no vapes, which I have found harder to give up then smoking,’ she wrote in July.
‘I would have quit 30 times this year but not made it past one day so I’m feeling strong,’
‘At the end of the day I didn’t want my kids to see me vape and so I found myself hiding from them for just one more sugary nicotine filled puff and that was a sh*t feeling.’
