Charlotte Crosby (32) has to cope with bad news. The Geordie Shore fame only had a great reason to be happy a few months ago: the British woman and her partner became parents of a daughter, Alba Jean Ankers, in October 2022. Since then, the beauty has been enjoying the time with her baby and is overjoyed. But now a family member of the beauty is seriously ill: Charlotte’s mother suffers from breast cancer.
An episode of her reality show “Charlotte in Sunderland” shows Charlotte telling her friend about the diagnosis. “My mother had the breast monogram and we were waiting for the results. She has breast cancer, Lauren, she’s completely exhausted,” said the 32-year-old tearfully and then became very emotional.
In the episode, Letitia explained, “It was just a routine mammogram, I’ve never missed one. When they told me it was cancer, I was shocked.” It was not an easy step to tell her daughter: “It was so difficult to tell Charlotte that I have cancer. A few months earlier we had received the good news that she was going to have a baby.”
