Chelsea think that their 21-year old-player can attract transfer offers in this upcoming summer window. As a result, there’s a chance that he may be on his way out of the club.

While Chelsea fans will naturally be drawn towards any potential incomings at Stamford Bridge, there’s plenty of speculation in the transfer rumour mill linking several individuals with possible exits.

For instance, GiveMeSport claims that Chelsea would consider a ‘big offer’ for 26-year-old attacker Christopher Nkunku this summer.

Elsewhere, journalist Ben Jacobs reports via X that Everton are pushing to sign 22-year-old Blues striker Armando Broja.

Chelsea player could leave Stamford Bridge

The Athletic now claims that David Datro Fofana could be on his way out from Chelsea this summer.

It is explained that Fofana, 21, may leave West London just 18 months on from his arrival at the club.

The report says that Chelsea feel like the young centre-forward can attract transfer offers in the upcoming window.

Fofana spent the first half of last season out on loan at German Bundesliga club Union Berlin, scoring two goals in 17 appearances.

He followed this by spending the second half of the campaign in the Premier League on loan at Burnley, where he caught the eye with four goals in 15 matches for the relegated side.

Vincent Kompany described Fofana as “outstanding” after one Burnley performance last season via Burnley Express.

David Datro Fofana needs summer move

Whether it’s a permanent or loan switch, Fofana needs to get a summer transfer to allow him to play regular first-team football.

At the age of 21, there’s still so much potential in the fast and physical forward.

Unfortunately, The Chelsea Chronicle doesn’t think there’s room for him in the Blues senior squad next season.
