Chelsea have been reported to be considering making a move to raid Manchester United for one of their most promising talents.
The Blues have been strongly linked with the signing of Alejandro Garnacho in an attempt to strengthen their depth in the wide areas.
Chelsea benefited greatly from an opportunistic deal to bring in Jadon Sancho on loan for this season from Old Trafford. That signing will be made permanent at the end of the season.

Blues fans were impressed by Garnacho in the Europa League last night against Rangers, with them highlighting how he was not afraid to take on shots from a variety of angles.
Jamie Carragher questions Chelsea’s move for Alejandro Garnacho
The price tag being spoken about will see Chelsea making another big signing, something that has been a regular theme since Todd Boehly and co took over as owners.
One figure who has frequently had something to say about the owners for the club is Jamie Carragher. The Liverpool legend has been critical of the American over the past few seasons.
The latest transfer rumours linking them to the addition of Garnacho has left Carragher asking when the consistent spending is going to come to an end.
He told The Telegraph: “Seeing Chelsea pursuing the likes of central midfielder Douglas Luiz, of Juventus, and Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho begs the question: ‘When will the big money transfer splurge end and the return on the massive investment begin?”
When asked in his press conference about the Argentinian, Enzo Maresca hinted he was happy with his current wingers for the rest of the campaign.

Jamie Carragher not a fan of Todd Boehly
Carragher has been very critical of Boehly since he took over the club in 2022, with the transfers a constant theme of his disgust.
Before the season, he went on a rant telling them to stop signing players, and claimed he had little belief that Enzo Maresca would be able to compete near the top this season.
Carragher admitted Chelsea had proven him wrong earlier this season, however still seems to not be impressed by their efforts to sign a new big-money player this month.
