One of Chelsea’s Premier League rivals could offer Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall a way out of Stamford Bridge this month.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has not had the greatest time at Chelsea since his arrival from Leicester City last summer.
The midfielder has only made five appearances in the Premier League this season and is yet to make a start.
It has been claimed that Chelsea are already prepared to offload Dewsbury-Hall despite having only signed him back in July.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall likely to be open to West Ham move
West Ham United are targeting both Dewsbury-Hall and Carney Chukwuemeka, and it looks like the former would not be against a move to the London Stadium this month.
According to Sky Sports journalist Rob Dorsett, Dewsbury-Hall is likely to be open to the possibility of joining the Hammers.
It makes sense, with Enzo Maresca just not fancying the 26-year-old at the moment. As for Chukwuemeka, he will also be pushing for a move during this transfer window.
As well as West Ham, Chukwuemeka has also been linked to Napoli. Unlike Dewsbury-Hall, he is yet to feature in the Premier League at all this season.

Enzo Maresca has told Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall he can go
Since joining Chelsea from Leicester last summer, Maresca has really not minced his words — just ask the likes of Raheem Sterling and Ben Chilwell.
The Chelsea boss was honest and blunt when he first arrived at the club, and it was no different in December.
In a pre-match press conference, he sent a message to Dewsbury-Hall and Chelsea’s other fringe players, telling them that they can go if they are not happy at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking to talkSPORT and other outlets, Maresca said: “If they want to leave, the best thing for everyone is that the players who aren’t happy are going to leave.”
At this stage, you would expect Dewsbury-Hall to do just that. He is not getting a look-in under Maresca, and there is nothing to suggest that that is going to change. If West Ham make a suitable offer, he will be off.
