The Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs trial continued with a third alleged victim’s testimony, but the mogul appeared to doze off as she described their horrific marathon sex sessions.

Proceedings on Friday began with Diddy complaining about how he’s portrayed in court sketches. He says the artist is making him look like a ‘koala’ and asked to be softened up.

With no cameras allowed inside the courthouse in Manhattan, the sketches are the public’s only eyes.

The artist was not privy to the video that was shown to the jury and depicted Diddy in an intimate setting with his former girlfriend, a woman testifying under the pseudonym Jane.

Only the audio was played for the rest of the court and the press.

Diddy, 55, has pleaded not guilty. His lawyers concede he could be violent, but he denies using threats or his music industry clout to commit abuse.

Diddy appears sleepy as he listens to accuser’s harrowing testimony

As Jane continued describing the marathon sex sessions with Diddy and male escorts, the mogul appeared to be struggling to stay awake.

Diddy leaned his head to the side as Jane spoke to the court in a soft voice.

He snapped out of it at times and scribled notes on a notepad as he looked around. At other moments he held his head in his hand.

Meanwhile, someone in the public gallery was seen sleeping as Jane shared her claims against the mogul.

Diddy’s ex says he forced her to be intimate with ‘sweaty’ escort who ‘repulsed her’

Jane was shown a series of photos of escorts she had sex with during her time with Diddy including one man she was ‘immediately repulsed’ by.

‘I remember that he was really sweaty and I thought he didn’t look nice,’ Jane said.

‘He kind of smelled and I remember I was just hesitant with him.’

Jane said she told Diddy that she ‘wasn’t feeling this’ and the mogul then started having sex with her.

‘He was telling me to look at it…. I remember this man sweating on me,’ Jane told the court.

Jane tells the court she eventually started choosing the male escorts

In the beginning Diddy arranged the escorts but Jane soon decided to choose them herself, she told the court.

Asked if she wanted to have sex with these men, Jane said: ‘Absolutely not’.

She said ‘I felt like I couldn’t get away from this dynamic. If I had to make it better for myself I could make it feel like I chose somebody for me’.

Jane identified two porn stars she and Diddy watched while they were having sex on their own: Cabral and Anton.

Court is back from lunch break

Prosecutors told the court they will be showing explicit images of Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Jane.

The images were not shown to the courtroom audience or on monitors in overflow courtrooms, in keeping with the judge’s order barring evidence from being displayed to reporters and the public while Jane testifies.

Before the lunch break, Jane was going through images of male escorts she said she was coerced into having sex with.

WATCH: The Punisher claims Diddy’s freak-offs were an ‘open secret’

One freak-off last three-and-a-half days, Jane tells the jury

Jane said the longest freak off she could remember was three and a half days.

The shortest was 12 hours, she said.

To stay awake she would ‘take ecstasy, drink caffeine, try to order myself smoothies or protein shakes.’

Jane took drugs because she felt she ‘had to take them’ in order to get through the freak offs.

‘Because when I wouldn’t it would feel too real,’ she said.

Breaking into tears again, she said: ‘The atmosphere and I didn’t want to feel like it was too real. I just wanted to kind of just feel like it was just to make things easier’.

Jane tells jury about first ‘freak off’ with Diddy

Jane said she was at Diddy’s house doing drugs and having sex when he introduced her to a ‘fantasy’ in 2021.

‘We would search specific things on websites and in the middle of being high he just really wanted me to fantasize or talk about other men and this type of role play about other men,’ Jane told the jury.

‘He started saying “I can make this fantasty a reality if you’d like to have that happen, I can make that happen,”‘ she added.

‘I said OK, because it seemed he wanted that and it was turning him on and I was really into my partner and said OK,’ Jane told the jury.

Jane said Diddy then moved to arrange the hiring of an escort so she could have sex with him.

Within hours, she said, she was in a Miami hotel room watching Combs’ assistants setting the space

Diddy was still having freak offs after Cassie’s lawsuit as feds prepared to arrest him

Diddy kept having so-called ‘freak-off’ sex marathons as federal investigators were closing in on arresting him last year, Jane testified Friday.

Jane said she was involved in sexual encounters with male sex workers at Diddy’s Miami-area estate as late as last August, just weeks before his arrest at a Manhattan hotel.

Jane estimated there were about five such encounters between February 2024 and his arrest last September. None of them were in hotels, a frequent venue for activities she dubbed ‘debauchery’ and ‘hotel nights.’

Federal agents raided Combs’ home on ritzy Star Island, along with his home in Los Angeles, in March 2024.

Prosecutors say Diddy’s hotel room had all his requirements for a freak off – drugs, baby oil and mood lighting – when he was arrested in New York City.

Court breaks for lunch

Prosecutor Maurene Comey led Jane out of the courtroom as the court broke for lunch.

Jane appeared distressed, and Diddy looked at her as she walked out.

Jane says she cried after one ‘quick’ freak off took 18 hours

Jane was unable to stop herself crying on two occasions: one of which was when Diddy promised her the Freak Off would be quick – but it ended up being 18 hours

She said: ‘I remember it was like three rounds with this guy and at the very end I remember Sean saying he had to leave. I was so high just feeling so lonely and sad, I wanted to go to sleep feeling like that. I just started crying and saying I was missing him, I went through aloof that and was feeling terrible he was going to leave me alone. It was a bad memory

Jane broke down in tears in the suite at the Waldorf Beverly Hills hotel.

In response, Diddy said: ‘Are you crying and looked almost disgusted at my face’.

The second time she was very high on ecstasy and was in the shower with Diddy and began to cry.

Diddy told her: ‘Don’t do that right now, I’m f****** high I can’t see this…I’m too high you cannot be doing that now’.

Diddy’s alleged victim Jane tells court she urged him to get sober

In late 2023, she persuaded Diddy to try and get sober.

Jane said: ‘I really cared so much about Sean’s health and could see he was excessively partying on top of so many pills taken daily for I don’t know what.

‘I really wanted him to get clean, get better. He said OK I’m going to do 30 days without anything and I’ll be sober. Let’s have one more sobriety party, one last sobriety party’.

The Freak Off happened at the L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills and Diddy took ecstasy and coaine but Jane was sober.

After having sex with two different escorts she went to the bathroom and threw up.

Freak off videos will not be shown to the public

The notorious ‘freak off’ videos at the center of Diddy’s trial will not be released to the public.

Judge Arun Subramanian sided with lawyers for Combs and alleged victim Cassie Ventura, both of whom both asked that the explicit content remain private.

The videos are said to show Cassie and another woman referred to only as ‘Jane’ in the throes of horrendous sex acts with prostitutes they say Diddy forced on them.

They are central to the prosecution’s case that Diddy abused and trafficked the women, and have long been speculated over by the public.

Alleged victim Jane says she carried drugs for Diddy twice

Jane told the court on Friday how she nervously smuggled pills in her checked luggage on commercial flights from Los Angeles to Miami for Diddy.

Jane said both times the mogul asked her to ‘pick up a package’ at his Los Angeles mansion and bring it with her when she visited him at his Miami estate.

Jane testified that she wasn’t comfortable with the request, but Diddy’s chief of staff Kristina ‘K.K.’ Khorram told her: ‘It’s fine, I do it all the time.’

Diddy lawyers spoke to him after the judge spotted him nodding toward the jury

Jane’s testimony Thursday came after the judge said he had spotted Diddy twice ‘nodding vigorously’ toward the jury while one of his lawyers carried out an aggressive cross-examination of a prior witness.

The judge said he would ban the disgraced mogul from the courtroom if he continued trying to interact with jurors.

After the lunch break, his lawyers spoke to him. Diddy seemed relaxed and smiled widely afterward, perhaps a reaction to the success his lawyer Nicole Westmoreland had experienced with her cross-examination of Bryana Bongolan.

REVEALED: The wildest Diddy conspiracy theories to emerge from his trial

Internet trolls have tried to connect some of America’s biggest names – from Barack Obama and Kamala Harris to Beyoncé and Jay-Z – to Diddy’s alleged misconduct.

Prince and Kim Porter were brought into the discourse posthumously with theorists alleging both detailed Diddy’s alleged exploits before their deaths.

Others even went as far as baselessly claiming Los Angeles’ deadly Palisades Fire was set in an attempt to burn evidence that would be essential to Diddy’s trial.

Diddy’s mom poses for court sketch

Diddy’s mother Janice Combs has been a constant presence at his trial in Manhattan.

And Janice has apparently been so pleased with the work of one sketch artist that she even posed for her in the courtroom, artist Christine Cornell told Dateline’s True Crime Weekly podcast.

‘Puffy Combs’ mom is sitting behind me, and she tapped me on the shoulder and gave me a thumbs-up,’ Cornell said, as reported by US Weekly.

‘She likes the way I’m drawing her son. I said, “Well, ma’am, do you mind if I draw you?” She, right away, started posing for me.’

Janice’s son Diddy, however, is not so pleased with another sketch artist, and on Thursday told Reuter’s Jane Rosenberg: ‘Soften me up a bit, you’re making me look like a koala bear.’

Diddy appears fidgety as ‘victim’ cries on the stand

As Jane broke into sobs talking about how she ‘just really wanted my partner to get sober’ when she tried to do a ‘hotel night’ without drugs in October 2023, Diddy tapped his fingers against one of his legs, occasionally glancing toward the jury or his lawyers and away from Jane.

Jane told the jury she ended up vomiting after she had sex with two males escorts on that occasion.

‘Sean came in and I told him I’d just thrown up he was like, “that’s good then you’ll feel better now you’ve thrown up so let’s go because a guy is here,” the third guy.’

Jane said she then had sex with a third male escort.

Jury sees video of freak off for the first time on Friday

Prosecutors played a video of a freak off, taken by Diddy, to the jury on Friday.

Jane averted her eyes from the screen and shuddered as the footage was played. Diddy, on his part, leaned in to watch the video alongside his lawyers.

The videos are only being shown to jurors and the lawyers. Only the audio was played for the rest of the court and the press.

Diddy’s political ties revealed as photos show mogul mingling with Washington DC elite

In the case of a guilty verdict, Diddy may have to use his ties with Washington, DC elite for help obtaining a pardon – which his ‘good friend’ Donald Trump has said he would consider.

Although Diddy has often endorsed Democrats throughout the years, including Joe Biden in 2020, he has been photographed with members across the political spectrum.

Here DailyMail.com takes a look at all of the politicians this music mogul has mingled with over the years.

Jane tells Diddy that freak offs disgust her in text read in court

The court read a text that Jane sent to Diddy in September, 2023, where she opened up about not wanting to engage in freak offs.

The text read: ‘I wish we could chalk this back to when we first started dating…

‘Ever since I opened Pandora’s box….one night of fun (became) all I’m expected to do.

‘It’s hurting me because I’m so much more….doing things that make me disgusted with myself… my heart is breaking…

‘I don’t want to play this role in your life any more… It’s dark, sleazy and makes me feel disgusted with myself.

‘I feel it’s the only reason you have me around… I don’t want to feel obligated to do these nights in fear of losing the roof over my head.’

Diddy apparently replied: ‘girl stop.’

Diddy’s ex took drugs from mogul to stay awake during marathon sex sessions with escorts

Jane told the court that Diddy would give her ‘a lot’ of ecstasy to stay awake during the freak offs.

She said she would take multiple doses for the sessions, which could last from 18 hours up to several days.

Jane sobs as she describes Diddy’s freak off demands

Jane asked for a second to compose herself as prosecutor Comey asked her about the marathon sex sessions with Diddy and male escorts.

She said Diddy decided how many rounds of sex she would have in a single night, and with how many entertainers.

Jane starting sobbing as she was asked, ‘Did you ever get tired during these nights?’

‘Why didn’t you say you were done?’ Comey pressed.

‘I don’t know,’ Jane replied as she cried.

Jury sees video of Diddy refusing to let escort use a condom during freak off

Prosecutors showed the jury footage of a sex session between Diddy, Jane and a male escort on Friday.

It was the first time jurors in the trial, now in its fourth week, heard any recording from what Jane has called ‘hotel nights’ and what Cassie called ‘freak-offs.’

Jane said the audio shows the moment she asked the escort, who she named as Don, to wear a condom.

Diddy then came in the room and asked Don what he was looking for, Jane added.

Jane is then heard saying ‘you promised’ – referencing a previous conversation with Diddy where she told him she preferred to use condoms, the alleged victim told the jury.

The mogul then said it was ‘fine’ for the escort to wear a condom.

But when they got to the room, Jane said, ‘I wasn’t able to wear condoms.’

Diddy did not want male escorts to wear protection during sex, jury hears

Jane spoke of Diddy’s alleged demands for the freak offs on Friday.

She said she and the male escorts would not use protection when having sex because ‘it was not her partner’s preference.’

Jane told the court that she asked Diddy if the ‘entertainers’ could wear condoms ‘more than once.’

But Jane said that Diddy reacted by being ‘dismissive and kind of… guilt trip [her] out of it, it wasn’t something he wanted to see.’

She added the mogul’s tone was ‘a bit condescending and [he] wanted me to move on from the subject as if it wasn’t going to happen…

‘He said he didn’t want to see a rubber while he was watching.’

Jane is back on the stand

Prosecutor Maurene Comey has started questioning Diddy’s third alleged victim Jane on Friday.

Jane appears nervous as she tells the jury about the mogul’s requirements for their ‘hotel nights’ or ‘freak offs.’

Judge warns Diddy could be removed from courtroom over improper conduct

Judge Arun Subramanian told lawyers on Thursday that he twice saw Combs looking at the jury and ‘nodding vigorously’ during the cross-examination of Bongolan.

The judge said Diddy’s behavior was ‘absolutely unacceptable’ and ‘cannot happen again.’

The judge said he would consider further measures if the conduct does not stop, including kicking the disgraced mogul out of his own trial.

Defense attorney Marc Agnifilo said he understood.

The judge then added sternly: ‘There should be no efforts whatsoever to have an interaction with this jury.’

Prosecutors asked judge for privacy measures for alleged Diddy victim ‘Jane’

Prosecutors asked the judge to turn the livestream in the overflow room when alleged victim Jane is on the stand.

They said they want to avoid a situation where nonredacted information is shown to those in the overflow and press rooms.

Witness previously claimed Diddy ‘skinned a rival’s dog’

Bryana ‘Bana’ Bongolan sued the rap mogul for $10million in 2024, accusing him of sexual battery and physical abuse.

She claimed Diddy force-fed her ecstasy and during a photoshoot told her ‘I’m the mother******g devil. I could kill you’.

Bongolan’s lawsuit further included stories she heard while working with Combs, including that he threatened to blow up rapper Kid Cudi’s car after he slept with Ventura.

Her complaint also featured a rumor that Diddy previously ‘skinned a rival’s dog’, although she admitted she did not know if there was any truth to the story.

Jane’s direct examination might continue into Monday

The judge and lawyers want to ensure Jane’s testimony is completed in time for her to make a trip abroad next Thursday.

The judge indicated he might also have a longer trial day on Monday and Tuesday. The longer days are necessary because prosecutors had hoped to begin questioning Jane as early as Wednesday, but she didn’t get on the stand until Thursday afternoon. Prosecutors plan to continue direct examination into Monday.

Jane’s time on the witness stand is expected to meet or exceed the four days that Cassie Ventura testified in the trial’s first week.

The trial begins its fifth week on Monday. Prosecutors had indicated that they were ahead of their plans to finish presenting evidence within six weeks, but the optimistic forecasts have disappeared in recent days.

Diddy arrives in court Friday

The disgraced mogul is wearing a dark crew neck sweater today.

He gave a handshake to his lawyers Jason Driscoll and Xavier Donaldson as he entered the room.

Most of his other lawyers got a hug, while Nicole Westmoreland got a hand grasp and a smile.

Diddy has appeared pleased with Westmoreland after her cross-examination of Bryana Bongolan, who claims the rapper dangled her off a 17-story balcony.

Who will testify on Friday?

Jane, the third alleged victim brought by prosecutors to the stand, will continue her testimony on Thursday.

She is testifying under a pseudonym after the state requested that her identity be kept private.

Prosecutors say Diddy ‘used lies, drugs, threats, and violence’ to coerce Jane into so-called freak-offs – sexual performances where she would be forced to have sex with male escorts as Diddy watched.

How Diddy counted out $100k from a brown paper bag to buy Cassie beating video

A security guard told how Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs counted out $100,000 from a brown paper bag to buy the only copy of a video showing him beating up his ex-girlfriend on Tuesday.

Eddy Garcia, who worked at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, told in vivid detail how the hip hop mogul used a counting machine to add up the money for the bribe in 2016.

Garcia said that Diddy called him ‘Eddy, my angel’ for deleting it from the servers and giving it to him on a USB stick.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs tells courtroom artist he looks like a ‘koala’ in sketches

On Thursday, the gray-bearded hip-hop mogul turned to face courtroom sketch artist Jane Rosenberg in the first row to make an unusual request.

‘Soften me up a bit, you’re making me look like a koala bear,’ Combs said, according to Rosenberg.

Rosenberg, a well-known sketch artist, has been documenting the proceedings for Reuters in Manhattan federal court, where photography and video recording are prohibited.

Diddy is not the first high-profile defendant to remark on Rosenberg’s depictions of them.

Earlier this year, Rudy Giuliani told Rosenberg she had made him look like his dog.

And in 2023, Donald Trump Jr. had a blunt request for Rosenberg during a civil fraud trial over his family’s real estate business: ‘Make me look sexy.’
