A Minnesota family’s nightmare came to life when Shuefaub Xiong, 42, a Domino’s delivery driver vanished in the middle of his shift.
Xiong was last seen at work in Apple Valley on January 14, before hitting the road to make four deliveries around 6:00 pm. His customers never received their orders.
Police issued an update on Monday that Xiong’s red Toyota Camry was found in Superior, Wisconsin.
Further investigation revealed that Xiong stopped at a Target 45 minutes after he was last seen.
His sister, Nischa, told local CNN Newsource, WCCO News, that Xiong attempted to call their other brother from someone else’s phone at Target.
She said her brother didn’t pick up because he didn’t recognize the number and speculated that it was a spam call.
‘The person who picked up said that my brother approached him in his vehicle, knocked on the window and asked to use his phone,’ Nischa told WCCO.
Other than the mysterious phone call and missing vehicle, police have struggled to find further information that could lead to Xiong’s whereabouts.

Xiong was recently seen in his vehicle on Saturday around 4 pm. An acquaintance of the delivery driver then told police that they spoke with him at 8 pm in Roseville, Minnesota.
Questions remain as to how Xiong’s Toyota Camry ended up in another state and why he abandoned it.
Authorities now believe that Xiong is having a mental health crisis. The extremely cold temperatures are adding to concern for the delivery man’s well-being.
‘Investigators are continuing to follow up on any leads, as it is critical he is located and provided care,’ police said in a statement.
Xiong is not believed to be dangerous but has a permit to carry firearms and has been known to have one, according to a police statement.
Xiong’s family is diligently working with the community to locate him. ‘We’re lost, we’re confused, we’re scared, we hope that he is okay,’ Nischa told WCCO.
The family wrote in a statement on Facebook that they were ‘deeply concerned’ for Xiong’s safety and well being.
‘Thank you for your continued support, thoughts, and prayers during this difficult time as we work to bring him home safely. We also ask for understanding and privacy as we navigate this challenging time,’ they added.
Nischa has also started a Facebook group so that they can communicate with the community. The group has over 1,700 members.
‘Shue is the most thoughtful, kind, and selfless person we know. His steadfast commitment to family and community has always been evident,’ his family wrote on GoFundMe.

‘Whether it was repairing a neighbor’s car, helping a friend move, or simply being present when someone needed support, Shue has always been the one to show up. Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.’
His family told police that his behavior was uncharacteristic. They are offering a $20,000 reward for Xiong’s safe return.
Xiong is an Asian male and is around 5’8,” weighing about 215 lbs., according to a missing person poster. Authorities are asking the public to call 911 if they see him or contact the Apple Valley Police Department if they have information on his whereabouts.
