In a blunt and controversial Instagram post, Nigerian actor and filmmaker Yul Edochie has lashed out at those who previously criticized him—declaring that many of them are now “suffering silently.”

Edochie did not mince words as he addressed what he described as unnecessary attacks from strangers over matters that did not concern them.

“All the fools that were attacking me for matter wey no concern them, they’re all suffering now,” he wrote. “Some don lose their careers. The ones wey dey find husband, no see. Some are still confused whether dem be man abi woman. Some are now begging online.”

He went on to declare that their misfortunes were self-inflicted:
“You will continue to suffer until you apologize to me for fighting me when I did nothing to you.”

In a stern warning to others, Yul wrote, “You will destroy yourself if you don’t mind your business. When bad things start happening to you, know that you brought it upon yourself. Some people are special to God.”

The post, which ends with his signature phrase “ISI MMILI JI OFOR!” is already sparking reactions across social media, with fans and critics debating the tone, timing, and intent of his message.
