It has been clear that Chelsea have been looking far and wide for the best possible youngsters to sign before their elite rivals get their hands on them.
The highlight addition since Todd Boehly and co took the reins has been Estevao Willian, who will join the first team squad at the end of this season.
Chelsea are so excited about Estevao, and all reports state that there are no plans to send him on loan, and instead feature him in the squad straight away under Enzo Maresca.
Given how impressed they have been with the capture of the attacker, it is perhaps no surprise that they are returning their scouting to Brazil to look for the next young star.
There is nowhere better to look than Estevao’s current side, with them only just missing out on winning the Brazilian league title last season.

Chelsea interested in Estevao Willian’s teammate
One player who has emerged as a regular starter in that squad is defender Agustin Giay, and he has been on the radar of the Blues in the past.
Now, according to Bolavip Brasil, Chelsea have revived their interest in the youngster ahead of a potential deal this summer.
The report does go on to say that Palmeiras are committed to keeping hold of the 21-year-old in a way they were not able to with Estevao.
It has already been claimed that fans of the Brazilian side believe Estevao left too cheap, and they will no doubt be keen not to make that mistake again.

Who is Agustin Giay?
Giay has established himself as a mainstay in the Palmeiras team, making nine appearances already in the new season.
Playing right-back, but also deputising on the right of midfield, he has become a regular for the Argentine youth sides. He has 14 appearances for the Under 20s.
He made a big money move from San Lorenzo less than a year ago, however his promise will surely see him make the move to Europe soon.
Chelsea have been keen on these opportunities even if the path to that position would be tough to navigate. They already have Reece James, Malo Gusto and Josh Acheampong who can play on the right of defence.
