Megan Fox has opened up about her fourth pregnancy, calling it an “unplanned but a happy surprise” with former fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.
The actress, now 39, shared the personal update via Instagram on May 21 alongside a clip from her new Amazon Prime series Overcompensating.
“38 years old six weeks pregnant (unplanned but a happy surprise),” Fox wrote over the video. She revealed she was already in the early stages of pregnancy while filming the show, which adds context to her performance in the upcoming comedy series.
In the same post, Fox sent a broader message about age and womanhood, challenging social expectations about ageing and fertility. “Please stop listening to the patriarchy. Women are eternal light beings. We do not have an expiration date,” she stated. “Don’t let them rob you of your power. Anyway…watch @overcompensating.”

Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, who were previously engaged, welcomed their daughter in March. This marks Fox’s fourth child and her first with MGK. The actress has three sons from her previous marriage.
