Chelsea fans have been keeping an eye on other teams at the Club World Cup as the Blues weigh up making more signings this summer.

Enzo Maresca’s side need to get a result in their final group stage game against ES Tunis in order to book their place in the Round of 16, where they will likely meet Bayern Munich.

Chelsea supporters will have had an eye on Juventus’ fixture against Wydad AC on Sunday after seeing their side linked with a move for Randal Kolo Muani. However, their eyes were drawn to the performance of another attacker for the Italian side.

The Blues have previously been linked with Kenan Yildiz, and he lit up their second group stage game by scoring twice in the 4-1 win.

Chelsea fans desperate to sign Kenan Yildiz after starring at Club World Cup

Chelsea missed out on Yildiz back in January as they resisted temptation to spend big midway through the season, however have been left to rue that decision.

Now, supporters have taken to social media to express their desire to bring the winger in during the current transfer window.

One said: “I’ll swap Madueke and Jackson just to have Yildiz at Chelsea.”

Another claimed: “In this Chelsea squad right now? Yildiz LW, Palmer 10 — that’s the setup. Let the ballers cook, stop overcomplicating it. Simple football wins.”

A third user stated: “Gittens this, Garnacho that… Kenan Yıldız is who Chelsea need.”

Another user added: “I’d take Kenan Yildiz to Chelsea in a heartbeat.”

Finally, one user said: “Chelsea please do the right thing once please and bring Kenan Yildiz.”

Chelsea’s current Kenan Yildiz status

Chelsea have made contact with Juventus already over the potential signing of Yildiz in order to understand the terms that would be required to strike a deal.

However, the Serie A side are reportedly demanding a fee of £86m (CaughtOffside) in order to part ways with the youngster, given how promising a player he is.

Maresca is keen on signing a left-winger this summer, with Jadon Sancho returning to Manchester United following his loan deal last season.

While Jamie Gittens remains the favourite to be signed, Blues supporters seem to be hoping their club go in another direction this summer.
