The 21-year-old changed his position to become a regular in Liam Rosenior’s side, and now according to L’Equipe has been offered the chance to move to Chelsea.
The report goes on to state that the Blues want to keep him as part of the BlueCo project, following plenty of interest coming his way from Premier League and Bundesliga sides.
The Ligue 1 side are already aware they are going to be gaining the services of a number of Chelsea players for next season. Mathis Amougou is expected to move to Strasbourg after his transfer back in January.
