Todd Boehly has made it his mission since taking over at Chelsea to bring the most promising young players to Stamford Bridge before their rivals get their hands on them.

The Blues achieved this with the signing of Estevao Willian, who is in the process of showing everyone his quality with his performances at the Club World Cup for Palmeiras.

PSG wanted Estevao, however Chelsea moved quickly to get the deal done, and with Andrey Santos, Kendry Paez and Geovany Quenda, the Blues have built one of the most promising squads for the future out there.

They looked to add to this in January when it became clear that Ayden Heaven was looking for a move away from Arsenal, as he pushed towards becoming a first team regular somewhere else in Europe.
