74-year-old British actress Jane Seymour says the secret to her age-defying figure is not a strict diet or weight loss drugs like Ozempic—but simple, consistent eating habits.
According to Daily Mail, the former Bond girl revealed she’s been the same size since her teenage years thanks to the Mediterranean way of eating. Her daily routine includes:
– Coffee and boiled eggs in the morning for protein
– One main meal at 1:30pm, usually fish and vegetables
– Homegrown greens from her backyard
– Healthy snacks like pistachios, cucumbers, celery, and hummus
She stressed she doesn’t believe in dieting.
“If you think you are on a diet, you will lose track. If you find healthy foods you love, you never feel shorted,” she said.
To stay in shape, Seymour lifts light weights and does Pilates.
“You have to keep moving!” she added.
