It’s a season of joyful milestones for Georgina Bloomberg. The 41-year-old equestrian and daughter of former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is expecting a baby girl and now, she’s also the new owner of a stunning waterfront home in the Hamptons.
According to he NY Times, Georgina is the buyer of a Cold Point Road residence in Southampton, located just minutes from her father’s sprawling estate. The home was last listed at $4.29 million and closed for $4 million in an all-cash deal on May 30.
A source close to the family noted, “Michael wants to be close to his grandchildren.” And with the new home just five minutes from his estate, visits to grandpa should be an easy stroll away.

The house, built in 2012 and designed by architect John David Rose, overlooks Cold Spring Pond and Peconic Bay beach. It offers 100 feet of waterfront, setting a pricing benchmark for the Cold Spring Point Beach Community.
Though modest in comparison to her father’s 22,000-square-foot Ballyshear estate, the 3,000-square-foot home offers elegance and charm. Spread over two floors, it features four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a stone fireplace in the main living area, and expansive windows that flood the home with natural light and bay views.

The property includes beach access, community tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, an outdoor shower, and a private boat dock. There’s no pool, but the serene waterfront setting more than makes up for it. Covered porches and a screened-in sitting room add to the breezy, family-friendly vibe.
Georgina shares a son, Sebastian (born in 2023), with her longtime partner, financier Justin Waterman. The couple is now preparing to welcome their second child. She also has a son, Jasper (born in 2013), with her former partner, Argentine Olympic show jumper Ramiro Quintana.
“Two-week countdown begins today. I cannot wait to meet you baby girl,” she recently shared with her 100,000 Instagram followers.
