Actress Regina Daniels has publicly called out her senior colleague, Angela Okorie, over recent statements made about Mercy Johnson.
Angela Okorie, in a now-trending live video, alleged that Mercy Johnson is not feeling well and said she has decided to “forgive” the actress. She also suggested that Mercy should seek forgiveness from others she may have wronged.
In reaction, Regina Daniels posted a strongly worded statement on her Instagram story, slamming Angela. Part of her message read:
“I’m sorry and with all due respect Aunty Angella you dey m@d! Abeg no forgive because for this side, we no dey forgive.”
She further added that Angela should not forget Mercy Johnson is a mother and warned her to stop explaining herself unnecessarily.
The video clip of Angela’s live and Regina’s response have since gone viral across social media platforms.
