A Nigerian family has gone viral for turning their wedding reception into a Champions League viewing party by mounting a large screen at the venue so guests wouldn’t miss a second of the PSG vs Inter final.
The moment was captured and posted by Arise News journalist and anchor, Adefemi Akinsanya, who was present at the wedding. In a cheeky caption that has since made the rounds online, she wrote:
“See what happens when Arsenal gave PSG its blessing to go forth and win the Champions League.”
Adefemi shared the video just as PSG took the lead, blending banter and celebration in one iconic post. While the couple sealed their union with smiles and dancing, some guests could be seen momentarily glued to the screen, eyes fixed on the pitch.
