Kate Cassidy has posted on social media for the first time since it was revealed she would not inherit any of Liam Payne’s £24m fortune.
The former One Direction member’s girlfriend shared a picture of the inside of her handbag just hours after it was revealed Payne left a £24,280,000 legacy after tragically dying without a will.
Cassidy, who previously revealed their plans to marry shortly after his death, posted the image to Instagram, along with the caption: ‘What’s in your purse??? Mine: starbucks and @glamseamless.’
Payne left a total of £28,595,000, which was later reduced after his expenses and debts were paid, after he fell to his death from a hotel balcony after a drink-drug binge on October 16 last year.
The 31-year-old granted the power of administration of his estate to his ex Cheryl Tweedy, the mother of his eight-year-old son Bear, meaning Cassidy could receive nothing.
