A Nigerian doctor has gone viral for hilariously dragging a self-proclaimed prophet over a failed Champions League prophecy—and football fans are living for the banter.
In a now-circulating video, the prophet had boldly declared that the Champions League final would be a face-off between PSG and Barcelona. He even described it as “France vs Spain,” confidently stating that both teams would win their quarter-final matches. Spoiler alert: they didn’t.
Barça crashed out after a heated game against Inter Milan last night, making the prophecy false. And Twitter wasn’t about to let that slide.
He tweeted:
“Baba dey describe Champions League games like action film wey he watch for cinema dey gist his friends wey never see am. And all na just lies and whyning.”
