Chelsea are discussing the potential sale of Armando Broja with several clubs right now.
Armando Broja is well-liked by the Blues fanbase after coming through the Chelsea academy as a youngster, but his first-team career has been plagued by injuries in recent years.
Even though the 23-year-old striker made his senior debut in Chelsea colours back in 2020, he’s spent the past year and a half out on loan. The Albania international was at Fulham for six months before spending the whole of last season at Everton, where he played just 11 times amid more injury problems.
Chelsea plan to sell Broja this summer, and he’s open to the idea of moving abroad.
Fresh transfer speculation suggests that the centre-forward is now receiving a lot of interest.
Chelsea want £20m for Armando Broja as they discuss transfer exit
According to The Sun, Chelsea are willing to let Broja leave this summer for around £20m.
It is explained that the player wants a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge to try to reignite his stuttering career after a ‘nightmare’ spell.
The report says that Broja is in talks over a move after contact from both AC Milan and Ajax. Also, PSV Eindhoven and RB Leipzig have already held discussions.
Chelsea have huge respect for Broja because of his journey with them from a youngster to now, but he could finally be set for a new chapter in his career.
If the young forward can get himself fit again, he’s got time on his side to fulfil his potential. It’s been very stop-start for him in the last few years, but there is no doubt he showed immense talent as a young prospect coming through.

Chelsea and AC Milan very familiar with each other
As mentioned above, Italian giants Milan are one of the teams discussing bringing Broja to the San Siro.
It’s worth noting that Chelsea have regularly conducted transfer business with the Serie A club in recent years. For instance, the likes of Joao Felix, Christian Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have moved between the clubs in a variety of different deals.
In addition, Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan is currently linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in this summer window.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano reports via X that Chelsea have approached Milan about signing French keeper Maignan.
If he joins, 29-year-old gloveman Maignan would certainly inject some much-needed experience to a young group. He’s kept 59 clean sheets in 163 Milan appearances, which followed 65 clean sheets in 180 Lille appearances earlier in his club career.
Incidentally, Maignan is miles ahead of Robert Sanchez, the Chelsea goalkeeper, when comparing their passing accuracy this season.
