Chelsea only signed Pedro Neto last summer, but the winger is already attracting interest from other sides.

The Blues bought Neto in a £54m deal, with the 25-year-old joining from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Neto’s debut season at Stamford Bridge was not a bad one. He came up with 15 goal contributions in all competitions and helped Chelsea to win the Conference League.

Pedro Neto’s 2024/25 stats Appearances Goals Assists
Premier League 35 4 6
Conference League 6 1 3
Conference League qualifiers 1 0 0
FA Cup 2 0 0
Carabao Cup 1 1 0
Total 45 6 9

Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino thinks Neto can become a “great” player, and it looks like clubs in Saudi Arabia share a very similar view.

Chelsea unlikely to listen to offers for Pedro Neto

Neto has had some good moments this season, enough for Chelsea to make him unavailable this summer.

Simon Phillips has shared on Si Phillips Talks Chelsea that Saudi Pro League clubs are interested in signing Neto.

However, sources who have spoken to the journalist do not expect the Conference League winners to listen to any offers for the Portuguese.

While Neto may be staying at Chelsea, it is highly likely that his compatriot Joao Felix will depart after spending the second half of the campaign at AC Milan.

Felix is also attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, while his former club Benfica are thought to be keen on the 25-year-old as well. With Cole Palmer being Enzo Maresca‘s first-choice attacking midfielder, Felix has found game time hard to come by at Stamford Bridge.

Enzo Maresca happy with Pedro Neto

Maresca will certainly not be complaining about Chelsea’s stance on Neto, a player he used 45 times this season.

It is thought that Maresca is very pleased with Neto and his willingness to play in different positions during the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.

Under the Chelsea manager, the Portugal international has played as a right winger, left winger and striker.

He has come up with some big contributions for the Blues, including his assist for Levi Colwill on the final day of the Premier League season.

Chelsea are being linked with several wingers at the moment, but there is definitely still room for Neto in Maresca’s squad.
