BBNaija star, Ka3na, has taken to social media to knock popular women who take the route of surrogacy to welcome their babies but choose to be deceptive about it by wearing fake baby bumps and pretending to be pregnant.
In a post shared online, Ka3na argued that female public figures are privileged and should know better to use such journeys to educate other women, particularly their followers, about other options available for child conception and birth.
