Chelsea fans will notice quite the change about one of their players the next time they see him.

After winning Euro 2024 with Spain, Marc Cucurella has dyed his hair red to celebrate the victory.

Cucurella’s agent hinted that he was going to mark a victory with some form of celebration, however ruled out the prospect of shaving his hair off.

While it will be the polar opposite of the blue worn on the Chelsea shirt, it is no doubt a reminder of just how impressive he was during the international competition.

He revealed his new look on his own Instagram page, with a number of fellow players taking to the comments to respond to the bold new look.

Chalobah amused by new Cucurella hair

One of those to respond was Trevoh Chalobah, who seemed to find words difficult to come by to respond.

He replied: “Yooo” along with three laughing emojis.

Despite not yet completing a training session under new manager Enzo Maresca, it can be expected that he will start the season at Stamford Bridge after his immense turnaround in form.

Ben Chilwell will likely be really worried about his future after injuries have really limited his time on the pitch in recent seasons.

Chalobah’s future unclear

It remains to be seen if Chalobah will still be his teammate next season after reports have refused to disappear that he could be sold for the right price this summer.

Chalobah has rejected a number of moves away already, with it feeling very much like he has his heart set on become a success at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have already looked to strengthen their backline ahead of next season with the addition of Tosin Adarabioyo.

Despite coming in on a free, sources have been very impressed with what they have seen so far from the former Fulham man, especially the leadership skills he has already noticed.
