Well-known YouTube personality MrBeast has addressed the allegations against Ava Kris Tyson, a member of his creative team, concerning inappropriate behaviour with minors.

The ‘predator’ allegations claimed that Tyson had sent inappropriate messages to a minor in the past.
The minor in question (X/LavaGS), who is now 20 years old, has vehemently called out the accusations, labelling them as “massive lies” and that they were “twisting the truth.”
But since the initial accusation, multiple other claims of Tyson’s alleged predatory behaviour surfaced, adding fuel to the fire.
Finally, Jimmy Donaldson AKA MrBeast himself confirmed his awareness of the allegations and his disappointment in such actions.
“Over the last few days, I’ve become aware of the serious allegations of Ava Tyson’s behaviour online and I am disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts,” he said in a statement on X/Twitter.
To ensure a thorough investigation, MrBeast has engaged an independent third party to look into the matter.
“During that time, I have been focused on hiring an independent third party to conduct a thorough investigation to ensure I have all the facts.”
He has already taken preliminary action by removing Tyson from his company and any related channels, emphasizing that he does not support or condone the alleged behaviours.
“That said, I’ve seen enough online and taken immediate action to remove Ava from the company, my channel, and any association with MrBeast. I do not condone or support any of the inappropriate actions.”
“I will allow the independent investigators the necessary time to conduct a comprehensive investigation and will take any further actions based on their findings,” the statement concluded.
In the past, MrBeast has been recognized not only for his viral content and philanthropy but also for his support of Tyson, especially in light of Tyson’s transition and the challenges faced during that personal journey.
Ava Tyson has denied the accusations, saying she “never groomed anyone.”
“I would like to apologize for any of my past behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone.”
“It was not my intent.”
“Seeing recent events we’ve mutually decided it’s best I permanently step away from all things MrBeast and social media to focus on my family and mental health.”
Concluding her statement, Tyson said: “I don’t want these accusations to impact the hundreds of people who work at MrBeast, which is why I have stepped away.”
