The Park fire in Northern California has doubled in size, burning more than 170,000 acres with 0 percent containment. Gusty winds and bone-dry conditions are fueling the Park fire and others. More than 130 structures have been destroyed and thousands more are threatened. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky reports.
