Officers posted images of a blue Ford station wagon performing a burnout on July 12 at about 9.4pm on Pine Avenue, Leeton.
The car had a white stripe on its bonnet and rear tyres painted pink or red.
The front driver’s side tyre was painted with a white wall.

“Let’s work together to maintain the safety of our roads,” police said.
