Former TV host Andrew O’Keefe has been charged after allegedly threatening a man at a home in an exclusive Sydney harbourside suburb.

Police stopped the 52-year-old in a Mercedes sedan about 11.45am on Sunday in Bellevue Hill.

He had allegedly threatened another man just down the road at a home on Longworth Avenue, Point Piper, shortly before his arrest.

A roadside drug test and a second oral fluid test at Waverley police station allegedly both came back positive and the sample was sent for analysis.

O’Keefe was charged with contravene prohibition/restriction in AVO and stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm and refused bail, to front Waverley Local Court today.
