Accused killer cop Beau Lamarre-Condon has been hit with new charges over the alleged murders of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.

The 29-year-old allegedly used his police-issued Glock pistol to shoot the men at a terrace in the inner Sydney suburb of Paddington on February 19.

The bodies of former Channel Ten presenter/AFL umpire Mr Baird, 26 and his Qantas flight attendant boyfriend Mr Davies, 29, were found inside surf bags at a remote location in Bungonia in the NSW Southern Tablelands, on February 27.

Lamarre-Condon has been in custody after he handed himself into police on February 23 and was later charged with two counts of murder.

On Tuesday night, NSW Police revealed that the former senior constable was hit with three new charges last Thursday.

They included two counts of domestic violence-related murder and one count of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.

The third charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars.

A NSW Police spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia Lamarre-Condon was charged with the additional alleged offences on July 18.

‘The man remains bail refused and is next due to appear at the Downing Centre Local Court on 13 August 2024,’ the spokeswoman said.

Police allege the attack was premeditated after a months-long campaign of ‘predatory behaviour’ targeting Mr Baird, whom Lamarre-Condon briefly dated.

They also allege that Davies was killed as collateral damage as he was also at Baird’s  home at the time.

A triple-zero call was made on the day of the alleged murder from Mr Davies’ mobile phone four minutes after neighbours heard gunshots at the Paddington house.

A patrol car was later sent searching for the source of the call, which was disconnected before anyone spoke.

Officers were unable to locate the user and didn’t attend Mr Baird’s house at the time.

Suspicions that they were dead was sparked after possessions belonging to the men were found in a skip bin in the southern Sydney suburb of Cronulla.

Police were then led to Mr Baird’s blood-smeared share house.

Lamarre-Condon is yet to enter his pleas after prosecutors requested for more time to finalise their case against him during a hearing in June.

Outside Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court after a previous hearing, his lawyer John Walford told reporters that the ex-cop is ‘coping, but it’s tough for him’.

He added that the matter ‘may go to trial’ and his client may rely on mental health grounds.

Mr Walford agreed to an eight-week adjournment of the case.

While Mr Davies’ family listened in to the hearing by audio-link from Queensland, Crown Prosecutor Brendan Donnelly said the time was needed to finalise the charges against the former officer.

‘We plan to have the charges set by then,’ he told Magistrate Daniel Covington.

It was also too early to tell whether a mental health defence would be raised or whether the matter would go to trial, he told reporters.

Lamarre-Condon joined the NSW Police Force in 2019 and previously ran a celebrity blog.

He posed for photos with dozens of A-listers including Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Harry Styles.

He was sacked from the police force in mid-March.

The matter will return to court on August 13.
