Two boys were arrested on the Princes Freeway in Officer at about 5.15pm yesterday, while two more were arrested in Clayton, also yesterday afternoon.
The four teens, aged 14 to 17, have since been charged in relation to a series of alleged burglaries across eastern Melbourne.
