Chelsea have been busy this summer looking to give the best possible backing to their new manager ahead of his first campaign as a Premier League manager.

Enzo Maresca has already taken charge of his first pre-season training session at Cobham, where he was heard beginning to get his principles across to his new manager.

A number of interesting faces were seen involved, with Wesley Fofana one of those back in action following his terrible luck with injuries.

New signings were also seen amongst the first team, with the likes of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Tosin Adarabioyo seen getting to work ahead of their first campaigns as Chelsea players.

One player who the Blues have announced a deal for who isn’t currently involved with the club is Estevao Willian, with him set to join up with the first team next summer.

Palmeiras fans think Chelsea signed Estevao Willian too cheap

Instead, he is impressing everyone with his abilities at Palmeiras, seeming to score a sensational goal near enough every time he plays.

Despite the premium fee the Blues paid for one of the top young players in the game, UOL have reported that supporters of the Brazilian club are already wondering if they could have got more money for him.

There is plenty of excitement surrounding Estevao at this stage, with the future for sure looking bright at Stamford Bridge.

Excitement about Kendry Paez

They are also looking forward to welcoming Kendry Paez to the club in a year’s time, with him recently featuring as a starter for Ecuador alongside Moises Caicedo at the Copa America.

His goal in their second group stage game saw him find the net at a younger age in the competition than the likes of Lionel Messi and Neymar, and the fact he led his nation in attack at the age of just 17 suggests he has a wonderful future ahead of him.
