Wee Cho Yaw, born on January 10, 1929, was a Singaporean billionaire businessman and the chairman emeritus of the United Overseas Bank (UOB).

His father, Wee Kheng Chiang, co-founded the bank in 1935, and Cho joined the BoDs, succeeding his father as chairman in 1974.

Wee Wei Ling serves as the executive director of the Pan Pacific Hotels Group and has been controlling the position for years.

Wee Cho Yaw’s daughter is also the chief operating officer of St Gregory Spa, which she founded in 1997, and the executive director of the popular Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurants.

Ee Lim Wee is the President, CEO & Executive Director at Haw Par Corp. Ltd. and the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Singapore Land Group Ltd.

Wee Wei Chi is on the board of Kheng Leong, Co. Ltd, and like all four siblings, the lady has also been the other pillar of the family.
