Police have since seized a ute believed to have been involved in the incident, but are yet to find the driver.
Detectives said the registered owner of the black 2007 Holden Rodeo has spoken with police, who didn’t have the vehicle at the time of the incident.
CCTV and images have been released in the hope someone may be able to provide further information.
