Prince Harry (38) and his wife Duchess Meghan (41) left the royal family in 2020 and moved to Los Angeles. Prince William’s brother had also resigned from his royal duties. Apparently, the wife of the incumbent King Charles was not happy about that. Apparently, she saw the reason for the step in her stepson’s love – Camilla (75) is said to have even had a nasty nickname for Meghan!
This is now claimed by royal biographer Tom Bower in an interview with The Mirror. According to the palace expert, the 75-year-old Queen Consort called her daughter-in-law a “Minx”. The term describes a flirtatious, cheeky, and devious woman. Camilla has always tried not to comment on Harry and Meghan. Nevertheless, she was so upset about the couple’s statements about the royal family that the evil description slipped out of her several times.
The king’s wife also doesn’t seem to get along very well with the wife of the heir to the throne, William. As an informant explained to Radar, Duchess Kate is said to have a difficult time with her mother-in-law: “Camilla can’t stop sneering and is determined to make Kate’s life a nightmare.”
