Sunrise host Monique Wright reveals why Emily Ratajkowski and Harry Styles’ Tokyo pash is the ‘perfect kiss’
Emily Ratajkowski and Harry Styles have been praised for executing the ‘perfect kiss’ after footage of the pair locking lips in Tokyo went viral over the weekend.
The hosts of Sunrise analysed the couple’s racy display on Monday, with fill-in newsreader Monique Wright telling co-anchors Natalie Barr and David ‘Kochie’ Koch: ‘I feel like I’ve been doing it wrong for years.’
‘I’m just looking at that and thinking that’s a very perfect kiss, isn’t it? There’s no clashing teeth… there’s nothing awkward about it,’ the 49-year-old explained.
Natalie, 55, joked that Kochie, 67, was ‘getting instructions’ on how to improve his own kissing technique.
Staring quizzically at the footage, Kochie asked: ‘So you sort of kiss around each other’s mouth. That’s a new technique?’

‘Yes, and you only hold [the other person’s] opposite hand,’ Monique added, referring to the ‘break arm’ position demonstrated by Harry and Emily in the video.
Natalie likened their hand-holding technique to a ‘bro handshake’ or an ‘arm wrestle’.
The jaw-dropping footage shows Harry and Emily packing on the PDA, appearing to not care who saw them while in full view of onlookers.
Monique noted there was no ‘clashing teeth’ and ‘nothing awkward’ about the kiss. Sunrise co-host Natalie Barr likened Harry and Emily’s hand-holding technique to an ‘arm wrestle’
The Watermelon Sugar star looked dapper in a black suit and white shirt unbuttoned at the collar, while Emily sports a pink and black jacket over a cropped top and skirt.
The pair was seen dancing with each other as they stood alongside a silver people carrier while sheltering from the rain under an umbrella.
They shared a number of steamy kisses on the street outside, appearing to not care who saw them while in full view of onlookers.

Harry playfully patted the American model’s bottom as they leaned against the car.
He is currently performing in Japan as part of his aptly named Love On Tour series of worldwide gigs.
It comes after Harry’s high-profile split from actress Olivia Wilde in November, and rumoured fling with Australian influencer Yan Yan Chan.
Emily, who shares son Sylvester Apollo Bear, two, with ex husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, had in recent months been linked to serial dater Pete Davidson.
