Bizarre moment two gun-wielding thieves wear burqas while robbing a jewellery store

Two burglars were filmed wearing burqas while carrying out an armed robbery at a jewellery store.

CCTV footage from the store shows the two thieves appearing to wield guns as they entered the store in Clamvale Central shopping centre, in Brisbane‘s south, at about 5pm on Monday.

One of the burglars can be heard telling the teller to ‘start loading (up) the bag’.

The teller stood by, telling the man ‘I’m doing it’.

‘Shut the f**k up c**t,’ one of the men told the teller.

‘Shut the f**k up and load.’ 

The two men were only scared off after a woman started screaming.

The robbers made off with a number of jewellery items before fleeing.

 The men were dressed in full burqas with every inch of their faces seemingly covered. 

It’s unclear how much jewellery they made off with. 

Queensland Police confirmed investigations into the robbery are ongoing.
