A Maryland man landed himself behind bars after he allegedly pulled a gun on a couple who were taking selfies at a convenience store.

Timothy Davis, 38, was in line at Kennie’s Market on Grand Drive in Taneytown, a city in Carroll County, around 5pm Sunday when he became enraged at the customers in front of him snapping photos, Maryland State Police said in a news release.

When the customers, Danielle White and Walter Parrish, left the store they were followed by Davis who confronted them in the parking lot, police said.

Video recorded by White and later posted to Facebook shows Davis as he pulls a gun out of his waistband and shove it into their faces. No one was injured.

White told DailyMail.com that she was at Kennie’s Market in Taneytown taking Snapchat selfies with her boyfriend in the check-out line when the frightening incident happened.

‘My boyfriend and I were just being goofballs messing with Snapchat filters – it wasn’t that serious,’ she said.

White had posted the video of what happened when the man who she described as an ‘unstable thug’ followed them out to the parking lot.

‘This thug thought we were taking pictures of him, proceeded to calling me a b***h,’ she wrote. ‘Then when we walked out of the store, he then thought it would be smart to pull a gun out and point it at my head and grab my arm. Real winner, Cops were called, charges are pressed.’

The recording stopped abruptly at that point. White said they called the police who responded to the scene, but Davis was not arrested until the next day at his Taneytown home.

No shots were fired and no one was injured. But White told DailyMail.com that it was a scary interaction.

‘He was released without bond which is scary,’ she added.
