Police said it will be alleged between 2021 and 2022 the 41-year-old, who was working as a dentist, indecently assaulted a female employee at his dental practice in Port Hedland.
The man from Port Hedland has been charged with one count of indecent dealing with a child over 16 under their authority.
He has also been charged with four counts of unlawful and indecent assault.
He is due to appear before the South Hedland Magistrates Court today.
