As they came to a stop, the driver of one car can be heard saying, “Pull over now”.

The passenger-side window of one car is rolled down.

The driver of the van then begins to spray a pink substance towards the vehicle, which police allege was capsicum spray.

Since the alleged incident, a 35-year-old man, believed to be the driver of the van, has been charged with aggravated assault, carrying an offensive weapon, and refusing to comply with an alcohol test.

A man and a woman in the other vehicle were treated by paramedics but were not injured.
