Three boys aged 15, 16 and 17 were allegedly threatened by a 37-year-old man they didn’t know while they were fishing at a Watsons Bay Wharf at 5.50pm yesterday.
Police allege the man threatened to use a firearm against them, before leaving and returning in a car, which he allegedly drove towards the three teenagers several times.
Police allege property was damaged during the ordeal before the man left and drove south along Military Road.
At 9.30pm, police stopped the same car when the man refused a roadside breath test.
He was arrested and taken to Goulburn Police Station, where he underwent a breath analysis and allegedly returned a reading of 0.199.
The 37-year-old was charged with several offences including a high-range PCA, three counts of stalking/intimidating with intent to cause fear and physical harm, drive recklessly, driving a motor vehicle menacing another with intent to destroy or damage property.
He was refused bail and will appear in Goulburn Local Court today.
