Police said emergency services were called to a home at North Lakes in the City of Moreton Bay after the man was allegedly stabbed during an argument with the 17-year-old girl.
“During the incident the man was allegedly injured,” Queensland Police said.
“The girl was taken into custody at the residence.”
The man was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment.
The girl has been charged with wounding and unlawful possession of a weapon.
