Kingston and his mother, Janice Turner, 61, are accused by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office of engaging in a scheme to defraud several businesses.

The alleged scheme involved obtaining jewelry, money, a luxury car, and other valuables through false representations. Florida police raided Kingston’s Fort Lauderdale home and arrested his mother on May 23, the same day Kingston was apprehended in Fort Irwin, California.
