An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing two-year-old boy after he was kidnapped from his front yard.
Rudy Oziah Reyes was last seen on Thursday at a gas station in Nampa, Idaho after being taken from his yard in the same city at 10.55am, said the alert – which came out at 3pm yesterday.
Rudy is described as 2ft tall with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray-and-white T-shirt with a hooded sweatshirt and diaper.
He had no pants or shoes on, according to the alert delivered to citizens of Idaho, Oregon and Washington on their mobile devices.
The suspect was named as the boy’s 36-year-old non-custodial father, Rodolfo Reyes – who was described as being 5ft 9 ins, 190lbs, with brown hair and black eyes.
Tattoos on his head, face and neck read: ‘woman hat,’ ‘Lil Rudy,’ ‘southside cliq,’ Joelle, ‘M’ and ‘horn.’

Amber Alert issued for 2-year-old Nampa, Idaho boy allegedly taken by non-custodial father
According to Nampa police, Reyes was driving either a gray 2008 Lexus with Idaho license plate number 2CTJ790 or a gray 2018 Honda Civic with Idaho plate number O19YOR.
Nampa police have urged anyone with information regarding the case to call either 911 or 208-465-2293.
There were 337,195 reports of missing persons in 2021, according to the National Crime Information Center.
There were over 90,000 active reports at the end of that year.
Youth accounted for 32 percent of active missing persons records in 2021.
In 2022, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention provided over $50million to find missing children.
