Horror as a lifeless body is found inside a home in one of Sydney’s beachside suburbs

Detectives are investigating the death of a man whose body was discovered in a block of flats near one of Sydney‘s eastern beaches.
Emergency services were called to Coogee Bay Road in Coogee about 7.45am on Monday after they received reports a body had been found.
NSW Police officers and NSW Ambulance paramedics attended the scene, with at least three police vehicles and one ambulance photographed outside the apartment block.
Police said about 8.30am the man was yet to be formally identified. They have not said if they are treating his death as suspicious.

Eastern Beaches Police Area Command have set up a crime scene and cordoned off the unit block as they begin their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.
Police have urged anyone who may have information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Coogee Bay Road is a busy thoroughfare that runs down to the popular Coogee Beach, south of Clovelly, Bronte and Bondi beaches and about 7.5kms from Sydney’s CBD.
