Dingo mauls a five-year-old boy at Fraser Island campsite as he’s rushed to hospital in a rescue helicopter suffering bite marks all over his body

A five-year-old boy has been airlifted to hospital after being attacked by a dingo on K’gari, formally known as Fraser Island.

The child suffered severe bite market to his head, arms and back at the Ocean Lake campground about 4:10pm Sunday.

He was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition, after a rescue helicopter landed on Orchid Beach.
