The Love Island class of 2024 enters the villa in Mallorca tonight ahead of another summer of romance and drama on our screens.

Hosted by Maya Jama, the ITV reality show sees attractive singletons thrown together in luxurious surroundings with the ultimate goal of finding love plus a cash prize of Ā£50,000.

Contestants this year include a sexy nurse, stunning dancer, hunky rugby player and an influencer with a disability, all of whom will be compete in various challenges over the next eight weeks, starting with tonight’s launch.

Love Island is one of the most popular shows in Britain, with every season drawing in millions of viewers.

And every year there are always certain rows and moments that prove to be the most controversial of the series – often pulling in plenty of Ofcom complaints.

Since it launched in 2015, the ITV2 show has received thousands of complaints every season, with viewers shocked at the treatment of Islanders by the producers and by each other.

Presenter Maya Jama will be BACK for this year’s series.

She took over from Laura Whitmore in January 2023 to front the show and is hugely-popular with fans.
